I cannot overstate the value of the coaching experience,
which was wonderfully simple, yet a powerful approach on how to best
focus on personal and life goals. The process helped put into perspective
areas of stress, desires and sought after improvement in various areas
of my day to day life. This has helped me organize, target and focus
on my values / resources to acheive positive results. It has forced
me to discover the personal value I seek by focusing on measurable results,
which not only has allowed me relieve some of the stresses in my life,
but achieve a sound body, mind and spirit in everything I do or come

What I got from my sessions with Dennis is clarity
and focus. These sessions allowed me to see the effects the issues I
did not want to deal with are having in my life. Today I can confidently
deal with the problem areas I'd been ignoring for so long. I'm not afraid

When I go to the gym I know exactly what I need to
do to acheive my fitness goals. I know exactly what I have to eat to
be in perfect shape. Why don't I, then?? Same goes for my life goals:
I want to have it under control and I want to be happy. There's nothing
I can do about things out of my control ...but until I met Dennis I
didn't know that many of those things were actually in my control./
Dennis job was to open my eyes and give me the push to realize I can
make a difference start the change. We all have some means and tools
but don't know how to use them, or for some obscure reason we don't.
Bottom line, now I am aware I have the power to change my life, it's
in my hands --- I just wasn't sure. Thanks, Dennis! |

This was a clear cut case of engaging a true professional to help me deliver the best results. It’s exactly what I would have done in my business life….why I was reluctant for so long in my personal life, I don’t understand. Got married right after college and before I knew it, I became mother of three great kids and a wife of a successful man, which I am very proud of but somehow I was frustrated about my own career goals and my dormant interest in art. I am so glad I met Dennis who helped me realize I CAN give to myself some of the time and dedication I give to my family and feel good about my life, which is now complete! Laura Higgins |
